Sweet Candy Distro is always accepting zines, books and handmade items for distro consideration!
I stock zines, chapbooks, books, jewelry, music, indie film projects, clothing, diy accessories...

1) Please submit actual zines/crafts to me and not just descriptions. I do understand there are certain instances where some handmade items can not be submitted; just e-mail me with your item description and photos.
2) I accept personal zines, compilation, food related, zines made by kids & teens!, poetry & short stories, art zines, etc. I do NOT accept anything racist, homophobic, heterophobic, no girl or size hate either... I usually don't stock zines that solely deal with music/band reviews, etc.
3) I won't send submissions back. If for some reason I choose not to carry your zine or product, your submission will be donated to a zine library or placed in a grab bag. I will respond to everyone that sends something to be distro'd! Sometimes it takes me a few days and sometimes it takes me a few weeks. It all depends on the amount of mail I receive. Here is one of the piles of submissions that I am currently going through:

4) If I choose to carry your items, I will offer payment in the forms of consignment, cash, Pay Pal, check, or distro credit. It really depends on your preference and the amount of funds available in the Sweet Candy account. I prefer to receive the product in full before sending out the payment. We can discuss this once we make contact about an order.
5) Send in name, contact info, wholesale/retail price, and how you would like to be paid. Also, I would love if you could write the name of your zine on the note because sometimes the note becomes separated from the zine :) This is so important and yet I receive a lot of submissions without info! I receive a ton of mail (which I am grateful for) and because of this I tend to respond to the people sooner if the info is included.
6) Each person I deal with works differently. Some people cover shipping and some don't. If you'd like for me to help out with shipping, you just need to adjust your wholesale fee to cover it. I appreciate you doing this, it makes everything run smoother <3
7) If for some reason you can not get your items to me in a considerable amount of time then please let me know.
