As of July 20, 2005, we now have a flat shipping rate for all items in the distro. After adding your items to the shopping cart, you will then go through the secure checkout, the shipping fee will be added automatically. Below are the US & Canada rates:
The following orders will be shipped First-Class Mail:
Orders $.01 to $5 - $2.00
Orders $5.01 to $10 - $3.00
Orders $10.01 to $20 - $4.00
The following orders will be shipped Priority Mail:
Orders $20.01 to $40 - $5.00
Orders $40.01 and up - $6.00
Ordering outside the US & Canada
As of October 2, 2007, I have adjusted our Pay Pal shipping calculations so that our international friends should be able to checkout without adding anything extra to their cart. If you are outside of the US & Canada and notice that you were not changed shipping then please send me over an e-mail so I can send you an invoice to cover the shipping fee. This is something new I am trying out so there may be some orders that may go through this but hopefully not too many if any at all!
