Washable Menstrual Pads + Liners are a wonderful alternative to using disposable menstrual pads and tampons. They are better for our environment and your body will thank you too!

The washable menstrual pads are made from a soft flannel fabric that comes in three different designs. You will receive washing instructions with all DIY Washable Menstrual Pads + Liners.

Set of one flannel pad and two maxi liners

The cloth pads are made with two layers of flannel and measure around 11" long and 4" wide. Each pad size will slightly vary because they are all handmade. Click on the photo to your left to see a picture of the back of the cloth pad closed with the velcro that is sewn on. There are two strips of fabric sewn on the top of the pad. These strips hold the liners secure against the pad. This makes changing the liners a bit easier. For extra overnight protection you can wear a liner on top and also one under the cloth pad. The bottom liner will be secure against the cloth pad by the velcro backing. Washing instructions will come with all pads and liners. This set also includes two maxi liners of your choice.

Each maxi liner measures 9" - 10" long and 2" - 3" wide. The sizes will vary slightly since they each are handmade. The maxi liners are made with four layers of flannel so you can feel comfortable knowing they will absorb an average to heavy flow. Depending on your flow, you may go through 4-6 maxi pads each menstrual cycle. The maxi pads fit snug in the cloth pads.

mini liners

The mini liners are great to wear at any time! They are made with two layers of flannel and measure 9' - 10' long and 2' - 3' wide. Each liner will vary in size since they are handmade. Liners can be used with maxi liners for extra protection or they can be worn during the light days of your period.
